1. Question requirements: Ask: Who required this, and why?
2. Delete: Delete aggressively. Adding something back is cheaper than maintaining waste.
3. Simplify: Do not optimize something that should not exist.
4. Accelerate: Reduce cycle time, and output rises.
5. Automate: Automate only after the process is necessary, small, and simple.
